Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with PureRadiance Wellness. This policy explains how and when your order will be delivered.

 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation. You will receive a notification with tracking once your order ships.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping is free on all orders. Estimated delivery is 7-15 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Delays

Occasionally shipments may be delayed due to high demand, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated.

 

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at danielespinozuuh@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and a photo (if applicable) so we can make it right.
