We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Use a trackable shipping method.

Email us with a photo and we'll send a free replacement — no need to ship the broken one back.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the return.

Opened skincare, oral care, and personal care products cannot be returned. Sale items are final sale unless damaged.
